Delighted to find a good alternative to 1 qt "zipper bag" products for food items. (I'd tried a variety of silicone "zipper bag" products in the past but they were SUCH a pain to clean and dry.) THESE containers that open up like a book to run through the dishwasher is a HUGE benefit, as is the option to microwave in the storage container instead of having to transfer food from a plastic bag to a micro-safe container. The containers don't have any odor, and the slide-clip system to secure and open them works well so far. So far so good!

I want to eliminate using single-use plastic bags for food storage, and these work perfectly!

Took it out of the freezer and dropped it. Plastic would not have survived. Not a single crack on these. Among other things, I use them to freeze ripe bananas for smoothies. Sometimes eco-friendly means a little less convenience. But these are better in every way than plastic.
