SHIPPING POLICY
Big Bee, Little Bee fulfills and ships orders Monday through Friday. We'll provide a tracking number to the email address on your order as soon as your shipment is created. You can track your package via the carrier (usually USPS).
RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your order, but if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@bigbeelittlebee.com to initiate a return authorization. You may return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that allows for package tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Thank you!
